As an artist, I've always given respect to other artists by NOT ripping, borrowing, taking, or whatever phrase one may use. Many people work hard for their artwork; many more make a living from it. I refuse to take their pride and/or livelyhood away from them for the sake of bragging rights (scenario: "I made a fookin' awesome wall," when, in fact, I just take [link] and put it in 1024x* form.) and I believe it should be the sworn duty of other artists to do the same.

If you make a sandwich, a yummy peanutbutter & jelly sandwich, oozing with brown and purple gooey goodness, and suddenly, someone snatches it from you, pours mustard on it, and eats it, not only is is disgusting, but it's also wrong. Never steal anyone's sandwich, and never steal anyone's art
